Hailing from Indonesian island of Sumatra, Mandheling beans are considered to be amongst the regions finest. A staple of coffee shops across the country, Sumatra is famously smooth and rich with an earthy and chocolaty flavor. Ideal as a dessert coffee or for those who avoid high-acid coffees.
Available in your choice of whole bean or all purpose grind in Regular and Decaf. To brew: Use 2 Tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 ounces of fresh water. Follow coffee maker instructions for proper brewing. |
