Several of our customers have asked for a more potent
herbal sleep aid tea, and we aim to please. If SBS Teas’s Lullaby
Herbal Tisane(#37) doesn’t lull you to sleep, this should knock you out! An
herbal blend of catnip, raspberry, chamomile, rosehips, hops and stevia
is a tasty before-bed tea that will send you off to dreamland with a
smile. Caffeine-free. Not intended for children, pregnant or nursing mothers or the elderly.
Warning: This tea may
cause drowsiness; do not drive or operate heavy machinery until you know
how your body reacts to this herbal tisane.
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz cup; heat fresh water to a roaring boil; let steep for 10 minutes. This blend contains NO caffeine. Sweeten with SBS Teas Vanilla Moon Powder or Sweet Purple Haze Sugar.
Iced Tea Instructions:
Put 6 teaspoons of tea into a heat resistant pitcher. Pour 1 1/4 cups of freshly boiled water over the tea. Steep for 10-15 minutes or longer. Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into the pitcher straining the ingredients. Add ice and top-up with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. A rule of thumb when preparing
fresh brewed iced tea is to double the strength of hot tea since it will
be poured over ice and diluted with cold water.

Doesn't put you to sleep but helps relax you and make you drowsy. I don't suggest driving or anything like that after drinking it!

Author: Itiel Awesome! TKO does not knock you out immediately. It lulls you into a stage of deep relaxation, and then while you are sleeping it just takes you into a deep sleep. I always wake up so rejuvenated the next morning. Great taste, no sweetener needed! My 8 year old had a slight cold, and instead of giving her medicine to help her sleep through the night, I just gave her a small amount of TKO. No coughing, no discomfort, and a good night sleep. She loved the taste too! On my way to order more! Being a wife, a mommy that home-schools, and running a business, I cannot be without this tea!
